Chicken Breasts- Skinless/Boneless
500g
Major Fajita Mari Base
75g
Red Onions- Finely Sliced
200g
Red Bell Peppers- Deseeded/Sliced
80g
Yellow Bell Peppers- Deseeded/Sliced
80g
Green Bell Peppers- Deseeded/Sliced
80g
Stir Fry Oil
As Required
Flour Tortillas
As Required
method
1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.

2. Mix with Major Fajita Mari Base, leave in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.

3. Add a splash of oil to hot wok and stir fry chicken until cooked.

4. Add onions and peppers, continue to stir fry for 2 minutes, keeping vegetables crunchy. Stir in a little more Major Fajita Mari Base if required.

5. Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.

6. Fill tortillas with mixture and serve with tomato salsa and sour cream.
